Hospitality Apartment Perspective

This apartment was designed for two clients wanting to entertain, and display their contemporary art and furniture. I enjoyed this project, especially developing the design statement. This included the clients' wants, my design goals, and the final solution. It all helped me focus on what the clients wanted as I researched for inspiration. I drafted a floor plan, lighting plan, and an elevation for an art display. I also created an inspiration board (which I have yet to photograph) to convey the apartment's aesthetic. This inked perspective shows the clean lines and use of classic contemporary furnishings in this entertaining space.
